Request a date for your clinic/workshop & to discuss the type of event you prefer. Required minimum is 8 people. Start a waiting list after 10 confirmed riders in the case of Cancellations.
A tentative date will then be arranged. No definite commitment will be make until the clinic is filled & all deposits are collected.
As soon as your clinic is full, we will consider the clinic date official.
Host Responsibilities and Recommendations
Promotion: Your free place riding in the clinic is in return for your filling the clinic, we can help with artwork for filers, put up a Facebook event page, promotion in our mail outs, but you need to make sure you have enough numbers to go ahead, so getting fliers out, promotion of social media is really important well in advance.
Meals: Arrange for morning coffee/juice/snacks, bottled water throughout each day, & lunch. (This can be as simple as you directing participants to local restaurants or having food available for purchase.)
Water: throughout the day to stay hydrated
Accommodation: Close-by accommodation to be provided or arranged.
A ride to and from the Airport: If flying in.
Airfares: Ask about travel costs that may apply.
Collect fee’s & releases: Collect a 50% non-refundable deposit for each rider when they register for the clinic/workshop. Balance to be paid 1 week prior to the clinic. Distribute & collect registration and release forms
Coordinate: stalling and facility fee’s if required. Direct participants & auditors to parking, stalling, arena areas, etc. Provided paddock or stalling for Angie and/or Nancy’s horses, when necessary. Pens or Corrals for Angie and/or Nancy’s horses must be provided for up to 2 horses. These pens show be clean and safe with water available. Specifics can be discussed and arranged.
Clinic host/Coordinator will receive one complimentary rider place in the clinic/workshop, to be used at their discretion.
Promotion for your facility or club.
Stalls & facility fee’s, including snacks and beverage sales.
50% of auditor fee’s
Arena: We need a large enough area for the horses and riders to move around safely, preferably a covered arena. If the host does not have a covered arena, it is their responsibility to have an alternative venue with such in case of inclement weather.
Parking for trucks, trailers and auditor vehicles.

Dry camping available OR RV hooks ups for living quarters trailers
