Welcome to LearnWesternDressage.com,

When I was 5 my parents took me on a guided trail ride on Cobb Mountain in the beautiful Lake County California. A year later they purchased a young halter-broke pony. My father and I trained and showed that pony. Now 50 years later I am a second generation judge. I am an accredited Resistance Free personal riding instructor and trainer at Williams Equine Enterprises.
I have experience and various awards in gymkhana, western events, hunt seat, dressage, drill team competitions, team penning, cattle sorting’s, drafting events and even crowned rodeo royalty. Throughout the years, I have continued to teach, coach students, judge horse shows and ride. From teaching the first time horse rider respect, the care and needs horses require to fine tuning the experienced horse and rider for competition. It is my pleasure to share my vast years of experience, to help others reach their goals and to make dreams come true.
My judging experiences are a pleasure! I love to see the joining of rider and horse to become one, showing me their best go. I have judged many breeds, from the miniature horses to the draft breeds, from the County Fair to the Show of Champions and expos.
